Meet Stan
I started training when I was 14. No internet, no fancy programs—just instinct, trial and error, and a relentless drive to get stronger. I trained hard, made mistakes, learned, and kept going.
Back then, there weren’t many resources, so I had to figure things out for myself. I relied on what I saw, what I felt, and what made sense. Over time, I realized that experience teaches you things science hasn't studied yet—but also that science can explain things experience alone can’t. So, I started paying attention to both.
For nearly 30 years, I’ve been testing, refining, and questioning everything about training, nutrition, and longevity. I don’t just read studies—I put things to the test. If something works, I keep it. If it doesn’t, I drop it. That’s how I coach, and that’s how I train.
I’ve worked with over 900 clients, helping them get stronger, move better, and stay healthy—without shortcuts, without wrecking their bodies, and without chasing fads.
And if I don’t know something? I say so. Then we figure it out together.
